You must feel excited about having the firs date with someone. Your goal at this point is the find out if she likes what she sees and wants to see you again. Let's say your first date is in a restaurant. You should look confident and relaxed.
If she ignores her cell phone during a conversation, it's a very good sign. You are more important than anything else. You already impressed her.
Another good sign if she asks you a lot of questions. Questions about your family and your job, things you like to do in your free time. She already thinks about how it would be with you in long term. The best thing to do is to ask similar questions so she could tell her story too.
If she makes physical contact, like touches your hand as she laughs give her some back too but don’t overdo it. It means she feels very comfortable with you.
If her body language sort of mirrors you she's already on your wavelength and there is a connection between you and here. You got her attention and she enjoys it.
If she wants to know where you live she already pictures the two of you at your place. She definitely wants to get together again or may she just wants to know how get from your place home the next morning.
